From “Articles of the Month” to tutorial videos to papers describing groundbreaking trends in the field, our group is committed to serving your educational needs. Our committee has many exciting projects underway, and we plan for this SATA resource to become your go-to learning site.

Goals and Objectives
- Provide a resource and opportunity for innovative curriculum development and original research in transplant anesthesiology education.
- Facilitate SATA member engagement in educational opporutinities
- Help increase scholarly productivity among SATA members.
Committee’s Action Plan
To achieve the above Goals and Objectives, the Abdominal Education Task Force will do the following actions:
-Create a special task force to investigate current trends of regional anesthesia in transplantation for a possible publication to a peer-reviewed journal
-Conduct research and perform surveys in emerging fields of transplantation anesthesiology
-Create an Abdominal Educational Task Force database, which will serve as a resource for important trends, publications, and tutorials in the field of abdominal transplantation anesthesiology
-Provide an “Article of the Month” to SATA members.
